Motorcycle tires have a rounded profile for a reason and that is to maintain as large of a contact patch as possible when leaned over into a turn. Car tires are flat and wont allow a motorcycle to lean into a turn and aren't designed to take the lateral stresses accompanied with a motorcycle when turning.
