What is a good place to level up your Pokemon I have a level 22 Gyarados I need to level up. I am up to the Elite Four so theres no trainers to battle. Is there a place with high levels in grass?

I would say you should get a legendary Pokemon like Palkia,but it will take some hours to get it.You can also level up by going to Mount Coronet there are Low level pokemons like lv 14-25 pokemons and more further in mt coronet there will be lv 30 - 40 there ground and rock Pokemon and there will also be steel and bats like golbat.And a rare candy is good to lv up you can use it for your Pokemon and it will lv up A level more!!!!!!Try battling gym leaders because they could be easy and give you More XP!
