I vote Mike Dirnt he is the best for my opinion
For punk rock, I would get a Fender P-Bass. The sound has attitude, which is very good for punk rock. And for metal, I would get a Stingray. Stingrays have a solid, powerful sound. An alternative for a metal bass besides Stingray is a Warwick, they sound quite like the Stingray, except they're not as good for bass rifts and popping. Hope I helped. Keep on playing. :)
It depends what kind of genre you play, Fender P-Bass is good punk, Stingray is good hard rock, Warwick is good metal, Rickenbacker is good inde.
They are pop-punk, alternative rock and punk revival.
A good quality bass is at minimum 300$, now not to say a bass under that is bad, bass guitars depend on what genre you play. Example, Fender is a good punk rock bass, but I have a classic Fender P-Bass at 210$. it is an amazing punk bass for the price. So I personally wouldn't relate a bass to money and quality, some bass guitars are good for some kinds of music, and some are not. Find out what genre you like, and buy a recommended bass for that genre.
It matters what bass guitar you have, for example I use a Fender special edition baby blue P-Bass. A fender P-Bass has an attitude, which is good for fingers and pick. Punk rock doesnt have too many options when it comes to bass guitars because not many basses have attitude. So in conclusion, it honestly does not matter, what ever your personally more comfortable with.
No, she was a bass player in a Punk Rock band and is now a photographer.
A bass-guitar and an electric bass guitar is the same thing, unless you want to get technical and call it an acoustic bass guitar and an electric, whereas your answer would be electric (for a rock/alt./punk/metal band) ---------------------------------------------------------------------
no
the structure of punk is lyrics that outrage society...heavy bass lines and rough riffs.. on a simler note the bands that made punk.. were sex pistols and ramones..that is the structure of punk....hope this helped you..
Playing drums - drummer Playing bass - bassist Playing guitar - guitarist Doing vocals - vocalist. They are all punk musicians.
punk
Good question. The answer however depends on what model glen Burton you decide to go with. I have a glen Burton P Style bass and it sounds good for my punk band. But you can buy other styles too, like an SG style. Pickups are the same, brand is not that's all
