We have a family spice called Babunya's Gourmet Spice. It's been in our family for five generations. My 87 year old mom is the face on our products. Our blended spices are All Natural, Gluten Free, with no MSG, no preservatives, or additives. It comes in three flavors:
ORIGINAL (has no heat just great taste)
MILD (some heat)
HOT ( a bit more heat)
We blend all of our spices ourselves in Pennsylvania. They are great not only on chicken, but also steaks, pork, fish, lamb, All Game Meats, as well as soups, salads, and vegetables.
If you go to our website www.babunyas.com and click on Video Recipe you can watch some of my mom's favorite dishes, and see exactly how to make them. Thanks for letting me share!

Some good steak seasoning products are: Omaha Steak Seasoning, McComrick Montreal Steak Seasoning, KC Masterpiece Steakhouse Marinade, Bobby's World Famous Steak Rub.
Canadian Steak Seasoning is also commonly know as Montreal Steak Seasoning and is purveyed by various spice manufacturers. Commonly available blends are produced by McCormick and Tome's. Ingredients typically consist of a coarse blend of salt, red pepper, black pepper, mustard, paprika extracts, onion, garlic, dill, and other spices. McCormick's Montreal Steak seasoning is a preferred and commonly available brand.
I use garlic powder, steak seasoning, italian seasonings, onion powder, and curry.
Yes I have also used it on a sirloin roast, grilled and sliced for fajitas. Wipe steak off with paper towel, evoo and then seasoning, poke with a fork and repeat to the other side. Char grilled until medium and take off and let sit for 5 minutes. After that slice thin and serve in your fajitas.
Production discontinued in 1992. No longer made, but McCormick's Perfect Pinch Steak Seasoning is a great alternative. Perfect for pork chops.
Make sure the steak is at room temperature before you cook it. Cook the steak at a high enough temperature. Rest the steak for 5-10 minutes after cooking in a warm, covered vessel. Choose a good cut of meat. The more fat 'marbling' the meat has, the more moist and tender the steak will be, choose a steak with a nice bright red color, and once you push it down it should feel firm, not spongy. There is no need to put any sauces (except Au Jus) on a high quality steak, you can put cajun seasoning if you want. Best seasoning for a steak is Lawry's ® Seasoned Salt.
There isn't really a varying recipe for steak. It's more about the marinade that you are soaking the round steak in. Combine your ingredients to make the marinade into a bowl. Put the steak and marinade in a plastic bag turning the steak over to coat it. Refrigerate it. Place steak on the grill. Grill to your liking. Some ideas for things to include in your marinade: vinegar, olive oil, thyme, garlic, steak seasoning, red pepper flakes.
Yes. Zero carbs unless you add the Grill Seasoning, then it's 1 gram.
dill - good on any fish Montreal steak seasoning - delicious on tilapia and other white fishes old bay seasoning - also all purpose A great, albeit unusual mixture is taco seasoning, parmesan cheese and parsley on cod. Delish!
A good cheap steak is a sirloin cut. You can also pick a great ribeye steak, as it's a good cut, but is also fairly cheap. You can find good steaks at your local grocery store.
