Dreamweaver is merely a tool for creating HTML or dynamic web pages. If you're using Dreamweaver to only create static HTML pages, then any web server will serve them. If you are creating more advanced pages (i.e. in PHP or .NET) then you'll need to consider additional requirements when picking a server to host your website.
