Green leafy vegetables, dark molasses, figs, almonds, sesame seed paste (tahini). Calcium enriched soy milk and orange juice.

You can get calcium the same way gorillas, cows, elephants, and other large animals get it: from a wide variety of foods, especially green leafy vegetables like spinach, collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, kale, and bok choy. Other good sources are tofu and sesame seeds.

Most of us have been brainwashed by the dairy industry into thinking that the only way to get enough calcium in our diets is to drink cow's milk and eat yogurt and cheese. But the latest figures, from 2012, show that in the countries where the consumption of dairy and meat is relatively low, the rates of osteoporosis and/or hip fractures are also low and vice versa.
