Domestic Violence effects every victim differently and all suspects should be made to attend anger management right after indictment, whether guilty or not guilty, the counseling is done to maintain civilized behavior, the Constitutionally required behavior, after all, Nothing is Free and if you want Constitutional protection, live as required, or lose all rights and privileges. Fight crime with Time, no parole, no probation, full sentences no exceptions. Make the workcrews or chaingangs work border details under heavy security, retract educational degrees for all inmates, my taxes dont pay for my child to get a Masters degree, but they do pay for criminals housing,education, clothing, adjudication, food, counselors, social workers, guards, vehicles and so much more. And these things relate to Domestic Violence because there is an epidemic of it in the United States.
