A Good Website to Make a Video Website With

I'm assuming that's what you were asking. There are a bunch of website builders and CMS tools out there, but most of them kind of handle video as an afterthought. (As in they sort of add tools for it later but they don't handle it all). These sites are like weebly, or Moonfruit, and that's not necessarily a bad thing it just means your video controls and abilities will be limited.

I believe right now Bizideo is the only company that has a website builder that focuses on making a video website. Which makes sense as the company does video hosting, encoding and delivery as a business.

Otherwise you could make a website with one of these other builders and use a third party to generate an embed code to place it into the website. This generally requires some technical knowledge though. Some video hosting companies would be YouTube, Brightcove and Bizideo.
