well to be honest it is good for a 14 year old to work out. It depends what you would want to do, if you want to do weights i suggest you should start with light weights and keep it steady, do not go too high as this may cause injuries because your body is still growing. It is very good to jog and to do simple exercises, this keeps your body strong and your blood pumping.
