It all depends on your dietary requirements. For most of us, the answer is 'yes', because boiled eggs have less fat in them. The fried eggs have the oil or butter they are cooked in. However some eat boiled eggs with butter or with soldiers and this could affect the balance too.

I recommend starting with a high quality farm fresh pastured chicken egg. The eggs at the store are really not very good for the most part. If the yolk is yellow, you have a low quality egg. The yolk should be almost orange. And whatever you do, don't worry about the cholesterol in them and eat the whole egg. It is not as bad for you as once thought and it may even be good for you, especially if you have the good eggs.
