Water from standard household taps is usually about pH7
the universal indicaicator tells you the pH of a substance. Green nuetral pH7 Below pH 7 is acidic,red Above pH7 is alkalie blue/purple
Ph7 is neutral, anything below that is acidic
If it isn't hazardous, there is no reason to label it, except for what the substance is.
