There is no standard "list" for Unix/Linux; the 'man' command in various forms will give you lists of commands based on what you might specify (e.g. man disks). Then again, it is a different question as to whether or not you can "use" the command.
cat [file] - show "file" contents n the screen
cp [source] [target] - CoPy source to target
df - list disk-space information
cd [newdir] - change the current directory to 'newdir'
clear - (also: ctrl-L) Clear the screen
exit - (also: ctlr-D) logout, end this session
fint [where] [what] - find filename/s in 'where' conforming to the 'what' condition
grep [mask] [directory] - find all 'mask' instances within files in 'directory'
ls - list files
man [command] - show information about 'command'
mount .. - show mounted filesystems, & mount with detailed parameters
mount -o loop img_file /mnt/mountpoint - mount 'img_file' as a disk at 'mnt/mountpoint'
mplayer [mm_file] - play the said multimedia file
mv [source] [target] - move source to target
rm [file/s] - ReMove/delete 'file/s'
su /or/ sudo - become the 'root' administrator for a while
touch [newfile] - create 'newfile'
umount /mnt/filesystem - detach/free this 'filesystem'
for details.. see the manpages for each command
