An unfertilized egg is called an oocyte. That is the proper term for an unfertilized egg from any creature. Chicken eggs do not need to be categorized this way as consumers would not need to know that chicken eggs can be purchased fertilized. They would assume the eggs were unfertilized. A fertilized egg is called a Zygote.

No, if you are talking about the clear fluid, its called the white, and its more like embriotic fluid, to the yolk which would have been a chick. If the egg was fertilized the yolk would have matured and the chick would have lived off the fluid until it was ready to hatch.
Before we discuss where a mature egg is released to, perhaps you should state which species you are discussing, since lots of species have eggs, and they do not all get released in the same way.
