We are so use to seeing bald-headed me with a perfect dome! LOL Not all men are lucky enough to have a perfectly round head and usually due to birth some people can have dents and bumps or even a flat back to their head (often thought to be the fact the mother kept the baby on their back too much.) It doesn't sound serious, but if it bothers you the next time you are in for a physical (you should go in once a year) then mention it to the doctor more or less to put your mind at rest.
