Am Refiloe working for Diebold SA I have been working for the company for years and I have never took a day off without my Managers' approval ,it was my firs time being off without his authorization and I didn't call him to let him know ,I couldn't call him coz my boyfriend locked me inside the house and took my phone with on Monday when I came to work he told he is gonna escalate this matter to hr and now hr is calling me for disciplinary hearing ,I didn't even get verbal warning or anything they just took me straight for hearing ,do u think its fair?
