Its a toolbar that has pictures and if u do it right u can put u on there and your friends !!!!!!!!!!
It is on the Picture toolbar. The toolbar will appear when you have a picture selected. You can turn it on by going to the View menu, then Toobars, and clicking the Picture toolbar. That will turn it on and leave it on.
im in a class for that stuff and you have to have the picture selected to be able to get that toolbar. hope this helps

It's Simple just go to fill color coloumn in the drawing toolbar and click on fill effects,then click picture and select your picture and click ok.
