An impeller is a rotating device that is used to force a fluid in a desired direction under pressure. A pool impeller is one of these devices, but in use in a pool.
I had a look to se if I could find a craster pool pump and had no luck however the impeller on every pool pump I have ever seen is in the impeller housing which is bolted straight against the motor.

Looking at the impeller, counter clock wise
well the motor will like it, it will run cool but the power bill will be high. it will not have the flow of a 2hp impeller
To remove the impeller from a Hayward Power-Flo LX pool pump, first turn off the power and disconnect the pump from the electrical supply. Next, remove the pump's front cover by unscrewing the screws, then take out the diffuser to access the impeller. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the impeller by turning it counterclockwise, and be cautious of any debris that may have accumulated. Once removed, inspect the impeller for damage or wear before replacing or cleaning it.
Replace the seal assembly. Your local pool store should have them in stock. you'll have to remove the strainer basket to get to the impeller. The impeller will then have to be removed. the seal is under the impeller. Remove the impeller by taking the back cover off of your motor. Inside you'll see all the electrics of the motor. In the center, on the shaft, it is slotted to accept a 7/16" wrench. Place a wrench on the shaft and twist off the impeller. Replace the seal assembly and put back together.
Are you sure that the lines are plugged? Do you have a pine needle or leaf problem? It could be a plugged impeller. What are the symptoms? k
Common causes of low pressure in a pool filtration system can include clogged skimmer or pump baskets, dirty or clogged filters, air leaks in the suction lines, or a malfunctioning pump or impeller. Regular maintenance and cleaning of these components can help resolve low pressure issues.
Not necessarily, it depends on the condition of the original pump. It may have a worn or warped impeller. I would look into making sure the original pump is in good shape.
impeller use in a pump casing .
An impeller is used in many devices, such as a washing machine and water jet. An impeller is used to control the pressure and flow of water. It is found inside of a tube or a conduit, an impeller is a type of rotor.
To increase pool pump pressure effectively, you can try cleaning or replacing the pool filter, checking for any clogs in the pump or pipes, adjusting the pump speed or impeller size, and ensuring proper water level in the pool. Regular maintenance and proper adjustments can help improve pump pressure.
