Under the Construction Regulations 2006, A Project Supervisor for Design Process (PSDP) must be appointed at the design stage of a construction project which is likely to have a duration exceeding 30 days or there is a specific risk associated with the project.Part of the PSDP's duties is to prepare a preliminary health & safety plan which aims to provide those tendering for the contract with relevant information concerning the percieved safety issues the successul tenderer is likely to encounter throughout the project.
