Orthodox Judaism doesn't allow it, but the other branches do. They're called mohelettes.
Like in any other country, there is no reason some people won't do it.
For modesty (Talmud, Ketubot 72b). The requirement applies only to married women; and Jewish married women don't want to be gazed at by other men. The hair is considered beautiful (Talmud, Berakhot 24a).

The same reason as many other people are. Ignorance. You can find some in any group that will feel badly towards those who are different. The Jewish people are no better or worse than other groups in this regard.
are you kidding? get a little dog! or if you must clothe your mouse, take a scrap of material and make a cape. it would be impossible to have detailed mice clothes You can try Barbie clothes. Or other doll clothes that are smaller in size. you have got to be joking you should never clothe a mouse they have fur for a reason. if you really want your mice to have clothing, just make a print out of light-durable fabric. They would need to be able to move around some also. So make sure it will allow the mouse 2 move.

Yes. Although uncircumcised Jewish men are very rare. Circumcision is a physical sign of the Jewish people's covenant with God, but if a Jewish man isn't circumcised, for whatever reason (medical reasons, it wasn't possible in the country he was born in, his parents didn't want to...whatever), he's still a Jew. Except that he has a foreskin. He can marry a Jewish woman, his children will be Jews, and he has all the responsibilities of any other Jewish man according to some groups withing Judaism. Amongst the more Orthodox Jewish groups, an uncircumcised man is prohibited from participating in many Jewish rituals and holidays, even if there was a legitimate reason for not being circumcised (health/persecution). However, he can still marry a Jewish woman in this circumstance.
In Poland it began in September 1940; in Germany and all other German occupied countries it was September 1941. (I don't know the exact day).
