A vivarium measuring 24" by 12" by 12" will suffice until the snake is a year old. After that, you would need a new vivarium measuring a minimum of 36" by 18" by 18 " - preferably larger. Remember - corn snakes can reach adult lengths of 72 inches - a snake that size would need a vivarium measuring a minimum of 48" by 24" by 24"
