Strawberry Upside-Down Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, crushed
1 (6-ounce) package strawberry flavored Jello
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (18-ounce) package yellow cake mix, prepared as directed on box
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread crushed strawberries on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle dry Jello powder evenly over strawberries.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package.
- Pour over top of the marshmallows.
- Bake about 40 - 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes.
- Loosen the sides of the cake from the pan with a knife.
- Turn the cake out onto a plate.
- Store in the refrigerator.
