I'm not sure, but I would guess it is a dressing where the base ingredient is plain yogurt and the prominent flavour note is truffle (most likely truffle flavoured oil, but could be truffle butter or shavings). I've never tried this before, but you might try experimenting with the following ingredients: yogurt white truffle oil salt pepper honey herbs (parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme, etc.) (maybe garlic or lemon, but these may be too strong of flavour contrasts) Experiment.
