At Performance Mercedes Benz in St. Catharines, Ontario we paid $581.26 for a glorified oil change or Service "B" on our 2007 SLK 350 with 37,000 kms on it in September of 2012.
You would have to have service B performed by a authorized Mercedes Benz technician. There is a special laptop they hook up to the cars after these services are performed in order to get rid of that message on your dash. On the CLK 320 Cabrolet you have to perform a series of actions on your dash i.e. reset button etc. to reset the service reminder. There is no plug in for a Mercedes techniciam to reset the reminder.
how can i reset the service b message on the mercedes clk 430?
it depends on the wrench that shows if you have one wrench that would indicate an A service and two wrenches would indicate a B service you can get a detailed list of these from your local MB dealer
You will spend $550.00 at the MBZ dealer for the service "B" which is basically and oil and filter, air filter and cabin filter change and some basic inspections. They will also rest the service reminder which can also be done by you once you figure it out.
How do you reset service indicator message for A 1999 Mercedes Benz ML320 after service A or B is completed?
It is the service after A & B
A D service on a 2004 is just pretty much either a A or B service. Mercedes decided to add all these extra services on the new 2003 e-class, all it really did was cause confunsion. There are differant services for just the a/c filter, and lubing the sunroof. So just stick to A and B services and everything will get performed normally.

Service B for a 2002 Mercedes E320 is an oil change. It also includes an inspection of the brakes, wipers, and other mechanical parts.
Around $150 service A, around $600 service B
Just had my service B done and it was about $500 with a 15% dealer coupon.
