The Catholic Church, or simply "the Church": there was no other in medieval Europe, and it certainly wasn't referred to as the Roman Catholic Church until the protestant revolt in England centuries later. The center of the Church was in Rome; the word "catholic" means universal. It was meant as the "universal church", or the church for everybody.
After the Great Schism, the Byzantine church became known as the Eastern Orthodox Church. The west branch was known as the Roman Catholic Church.

The most important Church of the Middle Ages was the Catholic Church. When it split in 1054, it became the Roman Catholic Church in the West and the Eastern Orthodox Church in the East. There were always other Churches. The Celtic Church, the Coptic Orthodox Church and the Oriental Orthodox Churches were very early and all predated the Middle Ages. The Celtic Christian Church was absorbed by the Catholic Church, but the others continue. There were also heterodox organizations outside orthodox Christianity, and some of these were declared heretical, in some cases resulting in military operations.
It usually means the tax refund services have done a pre-deposit check in your account to make sure they have the right bank account information. This More than likely is not your tax refund. Income tax is the tax that is charged to your income that can be paid with the preparation of tax forms or is withheld from your paycheck. Service tax refers to the tax that is charged for services, like care repair.
You should be charged the sales tax from the state you live in. I know that if you live in NH and you buy a car in another state you aren't charged any tax because NH doesn't have tax.

Sales Tax is a tax charged on Sale of any item whereas VAT is value added tax charged on both sale & purchase.
Local Body Tax is a tax charged in India. This tax is a price charged for bringing goods into a local area for consumption, use or sale. The tax is paid to the civic bodies in India.
A church has to Pay State Tax.
It depends what you really mean. It all boils down to whom is doing the BUYING. If it is the church BUYING, then they are not charged tax because they are a non-profit organization. If someone else is buying who is not a non-profit organization (a for-profit organization or an individual) than they have to pay sales tax. It does not matter that the church is doing the selling (or that you are doing the selling on church grounds) what matters is whether the person or organization buying the goods is tax exempt (non-profit) or not. Note that the church or any other retailer or seller needs to charge tax on behaf of the state and they are required to give the tax money to the state.
If one is a member of the church when the year begins, he/she will pay taxes for the church tax. People who are not members of a church tax-collecting denomination do not need to pay.
A tax charged by the Church and the middle age and is still practiced together is called tithe. This is 10 percent of the income of the faithful that is used in the running of the church programs. I
