Hi,

A triple deck potentiometer is just another configuration of a standard potentiometer. In this situation, it has three potentiometers stacked together on a single control shaft.

There can be many different configurations with the most common being the single and double deck, but I've seen as many as six potentiometers stacked together. Then on top of it, switches can be added if needed.

Hope this helps,

Cubby

It is a three ganged variable resistor
