I have the same bug. And with the research I've done it seems to me they are called Spring tails ...
You are the black window.

If you are talking about a black hole, then you get squished into a ball smaller than an atom and keep going, or time can change.
Go test it out and let me know how it goes for you. But in reality youd be squished to paste due to its high gravity and density. Youd basically be squished onto nothing, or yourself..havent gotten the chance to test it ;)
To get rid of tiny black bugs on a window sill that look like black pepper you can use a spray insecticide such as Raid. Another way would be to sprinkle boric acid around the area.
Yes black holes are moving but they have no sense of direction..
i saw a spider just like that and i squished it (hehehehe)but i dont know what kind of spider it is.
I have replaced my drivers rear slider window on two occations. you need to first find a window from a wrecking yard and then there are screws and bolts around the frame. Take these out and then gently pry around the frame where you will find some black soft tar-like stuff that weatherproofs the window. Keep prying gently. Be careful or you will break the new window. eventually the window will come away from the frame. You will need to purchase the black weatherstriping gook that comes as a roll. Clean the new window if it is used of all the old sealant with a razor blade or chisel gently. and put a caulking bead around the frame before installing it in the new frame. That is the best I can tell you.
replace the black weatherstripping that goes around your window. Most part stores can get it for your car pretty cheap. and it just slips on.
Since we are always in motion and we have reason to believe that there are many black holes in the universe, there is bound to be one in the direction that we are moving. So, yes, I am moving toward a black hole. As are you.
