You can loose it, but it will be water weight at first and you won't keep it off. Two pounds a week is a good weight loss for keeping it off. Make sure you cut out the junk food, fast food, soft drinks, and power drinks, get off the sofa and exercise.

Ive been doing this and it really works for breakfast a drink 8 oz cup water. Snack: 100 calories or less (popcorn cheddar/yogurt)lunch always a tuna sandwich with whole wheat and 8 oz water snack : fruit and 8 oz water dinner : a small portion 1/2 of what usual to make stomach small snack : cereal if hungry

so far tats 24 oz of water

but you have to fit in 1/2 your weight.for example im 169 so im drinking 85 oz a day . If you dont drink enough water your body is holding on to you water = water weight.... Also walk a block or 2 it eally helps

eat healthy, tasty meals, don't do anything unnatural to your body (eg. smoke, take drugs or drink alcohol) and exercise a little at first by running, walking a dog, jumping on a trampoline. another great way is to start a dog walking business, because then you can't wriggle out of doing the exercise. but if you love your body then you won't look anywhere near as bad as if you hate it.

Ive lost 80 lbs in a year. A great way to lose 5 lbs in a week is to walk/run everyday. Don't eat anything past 7pm. Eat healthy salads, and stay away from sodas and sweets. Drink lots of water. Do this and stick with it and you can lose more in a week:) Hope this helps

Eat moderately and exercise most of the day.

I lost 5 pounds in 2 days by soing super hoola hoop plus in wii fit plus. I was 207 lbs on monday, and then i was 201 lbs. on wednsday. It works for me.
