Examples are LaCross encephalitis virus and West Nile Virus, which can be transmitted by the white mosquito in America. The white mosquito bite does not give a very irritating reaction to most people, but on the other hand, they can be very persistent. They can also infected areas that are not normally badly affected by mosquitoes as they will use any standing water to lay there eggs in. Controlling and killing the white mosquito is very important because of the viruses they can transmit. Pest control products are widely available in the fight against mosquitoes and prevention.
