There is no specific term for someone who makes excuses or alibis. Someone who constantly puts off tasks is a procrastinator.
Hipacite is not a word. Hypocrite means someone who puts on a flase appearence of virtue or religion.
The word for this type of person is hypocrite. A hypocrite is someone who contradicts themselves by doing things they tell others they should not do.
The word for someone who is always correcting others is a critic. There are also other words that can be used like censurer, caviller or deprecator among others depending on content.

possibly officious
selfless, considerately empathetic.
the usage of "too" makes it a verb like the phrase "too much honey..."
There does not appear to be anything grammatically incorrect with the sentence, "The drum maker heats the drum slightly before he puts it in the ocean." You might substitute the word "places" for "puts" but that would be pedantic since the first definition of the word "put" is "to place". Perhaps the drum maker does not heat the drum and the sentence is untrue, but grammatically correct. Would like to hear from others on this one.
