In Microsoft Word you are talking about page formats.
In upper toolbar menu pick File - Page format
Here you can adjust margins, page orientation, paper size etc.
Then on the left side, in the second half you find a drop down menu called Apply to. Here you can choose whether you want to apply these settings to the whole document or "from this point forward".
If you want to have three different page formats, just position cursor to the point from which you want new format to be applied and then repeat the procedure, while of course choosing "from this point forward" option.
