What is an ample amount of exercise to lose weight for a teenager?
i stopped eating junk foods after school and walked (nothing too
extreme, i didnt run or anything) for about 20 - 30 mins a few days
a week. its really quite easy - eating right helps too.

Can you lose 36 pounds in a month with no exercise?
I'd say it was possible, but I don't know your circumstances. Do you lose weight easily? Do you seriously needs to lose that ample of weight that instantly? 36 POUNDS is a DANGEROUS amount of weight to lose given the really short amount of time you're talking about. Losing weight gradually is key. You'll more likely maintain your diminished weight in doing so.
