It shouldn't cost much, if you have a local car salvage lot, EX " You pull a part", you should be able to find one in the range of $40-60, new your looking at $80+ and then of course labor is another thing.

Pull it out, take it to a radiator shop and have them do it. Or what I would do , is just replace it with a new aftermakret one.
Before replacing the radiator hose on a 1996 Honda Civic drain the coolant system. Once drained remove any clamps holding the hose in place and pull the unit off. Replace with new hoses.
