The weight differs per person. The average, healthy weight of a female being this height and age should be anywhere from 115lbs - 130lbs. Depending on their stature of course. Bone mass and muscle accounts for a lot of weight. Hence why more active individuals tend to weigh more then those unactive.
As long as you're a healthy weight of at least 115 pounds. Anything less than that, I would consider unhealthy.

There is no such thing as a one size fits all ideal weight. My friend and I are both the exact same height, but our builds and skeletal frames differ significantly. Just comparing our wrist bones it is easy to tell that mine are much larger. I have broader shoulders and wider hips while she has a very petite frame. Because of this, if I weighed what she does I would look emaciated, and if she weighed what I do she would look pudgy.
Each person will have a weight, or weight range that will be a healthy, happy fit for them, and even medical tools such as BMI calculations are only rough guidelines that work well when looking at large groups but are not always a great fit for individuals. The fact that BMI tends to classify many serious athletes as overweight is a good example of this.
That being said, a weight anywhere of between 105 - 135 lbs would put you in the 'normal' range on a BMI chart. At the end of the day I would worry less about the numbers on the scale and more about how you look and feel.
