For a quick snack, try this:
You'll need one or more of the following: bagel crisps (broken), Kix cereal, shredded wheat minis, Cheerios, pretzels, oyster crackers, Cheez It, etc. Be creative and use whatever you like.

Place about a half cup of the cracker mix in a sandwich sized ziploc. Add a tablespoon of oil and a good pinch of dressing mix.

You can, of course, shake a larger amount in a larger bag: you just need to be sure the oil gets distributed.
English muffin pizza: Toast muffins lightly. Top with pasta sauce & shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes or so to melt the cheese.
