  1. Tension free mind with no worries
  2. Eating healthy and time to time
  3. Having a good rest(Sleeping at-least 8hrs a day)
  4. Drinking at-least 5lts of water per day
  5. Keeping yourself out of pollution(which almost impossible)
  6. Doing exercise,yoga,pranayama 45mins for a day

At-least if you follow 3 principals in these you will be healthy
