Black holes are objects of such intense gravity that even light cannot escape, since the escape velocity at the event horizon is the speed of light. It would be better however to say that in order for the event horizon to exist, the object has to be dense enough that it's smaller than the Schwarzschild radius for that mass. This may seem counter-intuitive but it's possible for a great mass of lower density to allow light to escape for this reason - or, a much lighter object of higher density to not allow it to escape because the mass is inside this radius - hence it's possible to have a low-mass microscopic black hole.

you cant. you can create a liquid that produces light, but because "light" is the photons from an object entering your eye, to create this liquid light ie liquid photons, the photons wouldnt leave the liquid and thus enter your eye.

I would say that we can't weight light because whether heavy or light. if we weight any substance,if we pass light on that object the mass of that object will be constant so we cant measure light

Shadows are places where the light cant get to, so depending on where the source of light is, the power or brightness of it and the size of the object, the shadow will change.
Their is no possible way you could escape a black hole. If light cant escape it, what else is possibly faster and lighter?if i may disagree the subatomic particle called a "neutrino" is faster than light and therefore could be able to surpass the speed of light and escape the gravity of a black hole.please correct me if I'm wrong my reason is based on theory
