I think a good way to say i like you is by talking to the person for a few days. build a friendship and then, be like you know what? ........ i kinda have a lil crush on you.
Answerfirst be nice person and then say i like youIf i had a crush (which i do) i would slowly get to know them (which i am getting to now my crush), like what he/she's likes and dislikes or find some thing in conman you two have. Then when you get a chance alone ask them about there crushes and if he/she usually will get shy and wont look you strait in the eyes they, usually like you. When you feel that it is a good moment to tell them that you like them.
Tell them when it is the last day of the school and then they have the whole summer to think about it.
