What is anthropomorphic ecologies?
Anthropomorphic ecologies deal with the impact of human civilization on the environment. This kind of study looks into pollution, population, and impact on other species in proximity to humans.
Anthropomorphic refers to a non-human entity with human like traits and qualities. Using the word in a sentence: Mickey Mouse is an anthropomorphic animal. Even non animals can be anthropomorphic, like Lightning McQueen from the Pixar film, "Cars". Some people call anthropomorphic animals "furries".
There are no anthropomorphic animals and plants in the Big O anime (fan-fiction only). And there are also non-anthropomorphic and semi-anthropomorphic animals and plants in the Big O anime fan-fiction. There are no anthropomorphic (and non-anthro and semi-anthro) animals (same with plants, minerals, mythical creatures, etc) in the Big O anime series (fan-fiction only).
How would anthropomorphic be a person who believes they are really an animal Since they appear human but in spirit are animals if they do not appear animal like anthropomorphic describes?
Anthropomorphic means something that has been humanized - generally a non human entity with human like traits. A good example would be Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse. Both are anthropomorphic animals. Another example would be The Toaster from the film The Brave Little Toaster, and Lightning McQueen from the Disney/Pixar film Cars. Both of these characters are anthropomorphic objects - one is a toaster, the other, a car (obviously)!
The anthropomorphic fallacy (also known as the pathetic fallacy) is the attribution of human thoughts and emotions to animals or inanimate objects. For example, to claim that your tomato plants aren't growing very well because they "hate" hot weather would be to commit the anthropomorphic fallacy. Plants are not capable of hate.
