Atherimegaly is the study of how astronauts overcome their horrific ordeal with being subjected to Alien testing. So far doctors have found that most patients die in the first few seconds of being scanned and disected by these Creatures from other demensions. There has only been one reported case of a Survivor of these tests, the patient has no knowledge of where he is or who he is. His mumbled sounds and thousand mile stares are what he has become.
