effectively the same thing, both obtain their energy from the atomic nucleus. the h-bomb obtains some of it via fusion of small nuclei, an atomic bomb may or may not obtain energy via fusion, both obtain at least some energy via fission of large nuclei.
Did that thoroughly confuse you or did it help?
The United States has used atomic bombs as weapons .
Atomic Weapons Establishment was created in 1950.
Atomic Weapons.
This is a war fought using Atomic weapons. Atomic weapons are weapons that use Nuclear fission explostion producing tremendous pressure and radiation. Later nuclear weapons were called hydrogen bombs that use nuclear fussion.
Cold War=Created by Nuclear Weapons (Atomic Weapons). LBJ was limited by the threat of atomic war. If nuclear weapons never existed, then the Vietnam War could've been fought like any other pre-atomic age war...invasion, using all weapons available (except for the non existing atomic weapons)...etc...etc.
Japan has never had atomic weapons. There were two atomic weapons used against Japan by the US in August 1945. Please do some reading.
no
Atomic weapons.
Yes
That in the atomic age (atomic weapons) only limited wars can be fought. Nuclear weapons would mean total war.
Atomic fuel is used for producing electricity. It is also used for producing atomic weapons.
Atomic weapons played a major role in fear, but were never actually used in the Cold War. There were multiple instances in which the Soviet Union and United States threatened each other with atomic weapons, such as the Cuban Missile Crisis, but overall no Atomic weapons were ever used on enemy countries which is how the Cold War stayed cold.
