There isn't actually anything bad about exercise itself. The way in which you exercise can be the problem, for instance running. If you run with incorrect posture/Technique, you can cause unnecessary damage, Warming up is very important to prevent injury and so is calling down. Overtraining is very popular especially if you are new the exercise people think going hard every night with give them results, sometimes the complete opposite.
Bottom line!! exercising is better then no exercise...
It's not bad for you, it makes u fit and stronger also can make you feel good about yourself, doing no exercise can lead to poor health and other problems later on in life.
There is not many bad things about exercising. You can wear out your body fast. Just make sure to drink plenty of water, eat plenty of food (not enough to make you puke), and sleep.

no, it is not bad for vegatarians. infact exercise helps to improve our immunity system. one thing should be remembered that diet should be according to the workout we do.
In advisable yes, bad for you? - put it this way, there is salts which you don't need in it if you are not exercising. Put it this way...its no GOOD for you if you don't exercise, and I wouldn't touch it or similar products if I didnt exercise so much! (its horrible!). Sadly it looks like it turning into fashion to drink....(rolleyes)
because you are exercising and all that sweat that comes from body fat that you are burning tends to smells pretty bad.
