Two part epoxy! That's the best for most metals.

J.B Weld is pretty good,and can be found almost anywhere that sells adhesives!

J B Weld is good, easy to find and cheap. -If you want a stronger, but more expensive product, many auto accessory stores sell Speedgrip Epoxy.
