Windows 7 is an OS for computers. But if you mean windows 7 the new phone OS then i would have to say android. There are thousands of apps you can buy (and still hundreds that are free)

But dont let that put you off though, windows is simple, effective at tasks and sutible for facebook users also, windows os phones have most of the time faster processers than android phones with up to 1ghz or more. Android hands down wins with games depending on what phone you own. But this is a matter of opinion and is difficult to say which is better as i have had an android phone (Galaxy ace) and a windows phone, (nokia lumia 710). Hope this helps :)
