I don't know what you mean? psp or ps3, if psp then Xbox 360 is saddly better, if ps3 then ps3 is a lot better, ps3 has blu-ray, xbox 360 doesn't, you have to pay money to play online, ps3 doesn't.
With many people thinking different about what console is better and why. I will like to point out that all consoles have there disadvantages.
The PS3 is free online gaming, yes but the Xbox 360 will give more to its live (most possibly way you need to pay for it). The PS3 in my view is horrible to go online, you cannot find friends, chat to them on most games because of bugs, when you do meet new people, they will most probably be young childish kids. On Xbox however, as its paid, you will not get much annoying people has some people will not pay (YEY).
All this is fine, chatting about what console is best etc but its your choose which console is better, noone else.
