Yes, a Monster energy drink does have Creatine in it. The Nutrition Label does not say Creatine exactly. On the label is says sodium citrate, which is another name for Creatine.

Gatorade gives you direct energy when you drink it but it will not last as long. Rice gives slow energy over the whole day.

Red Bull set the standard, but I highly recommend Monster Blue Energy Drink. It's a little healthier. For taste I prefer Red Bull, But for a better energy boost I go for Monster.
