Catholicism states that part of laws of the first commandment: "Thou shall love God above all things" includes the necessity of not involving oneself in any form of witchcraft, which wicca is part of. This is due because magic has, as it's goal, to order God to do ones bidding, which is entirely against religion, that says we sacrifice ourselves to do the will of God.

Also, I would advice you in seeing the various sects that arise, calling themselves Catholic.
