Is there a button to reset the service engine soon light I just replaced the oxygen heat sensor 1 of 1 bank as the diagnostic said was the problem but it still lights up?

You have to clear the computer of the malfunction; Use the same diagnostic tool that read the code to clear the light.

What all is found in a fire alarm circuit?

There are many possible types of sensors and circuits for fire alarms. If you mean alarm SENSOR circuit, there are often two types to a smoke sensor: a power circuit and a sensor trip circuit. The power circuit supplies power to the sensor for its internal electronics and the sensor trip circuit is a separate pair of wires to the dry contacts that open or close to signal an unusual smoke or heat condition. Various supervisory means are used to determine whether the sensor is properly connected and operating (i.e., no open circuit or short circuit), such as an "end-of-line" (EOL) resistor, or a modulated, query-response or polling signal. At the alarm-panel end, each circuit would have its own connection for a zoned system: one pair for the power and the other pair for the trip circuit. Other types of circuits include heat detectors, manual pull stations, sprinkler flow switches, supervisory tamper switches, and other types of inputs. Output circuits could include lights, sirens, bells, door-closing signals, HVAC control signals (on or off), elevator return commands, remote signalling to monitoring centers, etc. Many residential fire alarm circuits now include one or more wires to connect the otherwise independent smoke alarms so that any one of them will trigger all the others, for better sound penetration of the alarm annunciation.

What does O2 sensor heat current malfunction bank 1 sensor 2 O2 Sensor circuit high volts bank 1 sensor 1 O2 heater sensor circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 1 mean and how can it be fixed?

ANSWERFirst, I want you to understand what the orientation of the O2 sensors are. Bank 1, sensor 1 is the O2 sensor located upstream of the catalytic convertor on bank 1 of the engine, which is whatever side the #1 cylider is located on. In the case of a Ford (since you asked this question in the Ford Taurus catagory, so I am half assuming you have a Ford Taurus), bank 1 would be on your left, if you are standing facing the engine with the pulleys toward you. (actually referred to as the right side because it's supposed to be as your sitting behid the steering wheel) Bank 1, sensor 2, is the O2 sensor on the same bank, but it is located downstream from the catalytic convertor. Bank 2, sensor 1 and the bank 2, sensor 2 O2's are in the same positions except they are on bank 2 of the engine. Each O2 sensor has four wires going into it. Two of those wires are ground and power to a heating element inside of the O2 sensor, and two of those wires are for the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), or the "computer" to get O2 readings from the sensors. The codes you have indicated are because the PCM sees an incorrect draw on the heating element circuits on both the upstream and downstream O2 sensors on bank #1 (possibly an open circuit), and it sees a faulty signal on the sensor circuit on the upstream O2 on bank #1. It is a small chance that you have two bad O2 sensors on bank #1, but more likely you have a wiring problem. There is no fix that anyone can tell you without being able to run circuit tests on the car. Now, if you want to try and blow a couple of O2 sensors on the car yourself, they are about hundred bucks each. If that seems better to you than spending $80 or $90 to go to a shop and let them diagnose it, then that's your choice. But that car needs to have the wiring harnesses ohmed out in the suspect O2 sensor circuits to make sure you don't have a wiring problem first. The PCM itself could even be your problem. There is no way to know without checking the car out in a shop.Visit the Related Link for more information.
