Comfort eating is when a person doesn't necessarily eat when there hungry but to make them feel good. Its usually high calorie foods. Some even take this when they've had a bad day or feel lonely. Unfortunately it has been linked to binge eating at times.
Find somthing else that you like to do to replace the comfort eating.
