Many large hardware and technology manufacturers are in the process of making Ipad-like tablets. Currently there are a number of small electronics company's in China making tablets that run the Google Android OS however these are un-offical versions of Android and they are not supported by Google.
Company such as Samsung and HP have confirmed they will be selling their ipad-like tablets which will be running official, or authorized versions of Android in the case of Samsung. HP's tablet will be running the WebOS, which is the same system found on the Palm Pre and Palm Pixi.
