Any sort of post that you are going to be attaching to concrete needs to be securely fastened to the concrete using nuts and bolts. Liquid nails is a strong product but does not give assurance that the posts will be securely fastened to the concrete.
The best concrete for making a concrete bench is Bench concrete.

You can, but it is usually better to drill and screw something than to nail it. It will hold much better. You can use a power shot that shoots the nail in with a 22 cal. blank. You can use concrete nails and drive them in by hand.

Pure acetone. the main solvent in nail polish remover is acetone the acetone has changed the colour of the stain on the concrete, wash the area afected with pure acetone reapeat several times this will remove the other ingredents in the nail polish remover if the stain on the concrete does not return to its natural colour then sand it and restain.

Use a sharp firm bladed putty knife, chisel, or paint scraper.
